No Refunds – Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we understand that sometimes a different size or style may suit you better. Therefore, we offer exchange-only services under the following conditions.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
No perfume, deodorant, or fragrance must have been applied to the item.
All original tags and hashtags must be attached and intact.
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in resellable condition, with no signs of wear, including:
Deodorant or sweat stains
Makeup or lipstick marks
Fabric stretching or pulling
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, altered, or tailored items
Sale or discounted items
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves)
Exchange Process
Contact us via email at info@royabrand.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
If your request is accepted, you’ll receive the return shipping address and further instructions.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status and send out the exchanged item.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet the return criteria.
If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
